As a Administrator, you can:

1. Create and Configure Projects .
2. Manage Users and groups that have a directly assigned custom role.
3. Create and Manage Custom roles that can be assigned to users and groups in addition to their already existing service roles to provide an extra set of permissions.
4. Manage Sensitive Data Properties - Secrets
